I am from Dominican Republic. In my country i have good doctors. The people in my country do not have money. In the U.S. I have good insurance and good medicine. I like the U. S. better than Dominican Republic.

I'm from Ecuador. My experiences about healthcare in my country include getting an appointment. In the hospital the people don't pay for the consultation, but the medicine is very expensive. People don't have medicare or insurance. Sometimes people use natural medicine. For example herb tea and roots. However, we go to the hospital. In my country if we buy stronger medicine, we need a prescription. But first we have to go to the doctor's office. I think doctors are the same in the world. Life is important for everybody.

In the Ecuador the public hospital , social security and medicine are free. The service is fast when seeing the doctor and making appointments. When I go to the doctor I need to pay some money because nothing is free. I get prescription medecine at the pharmacy with medical insurance, the gobernament pays for the hosptial services. When making an appointment it takes about one month. affter that, I want for the doctor to get the prescription medicine. In Ecuador it is a littelbe different when and the U.S. visiting the doctor.

My experiences in Mexico when I went to the hospital is that the doctor asked "what is the matter?"
The Doctor gave prescription medicine like Ibuprofen and penicillin. I took it for 3 years for my allergy and injection.
Here is New York City I went to the emergency room in Elmhurst Hospital. My problem was sore throat. i took x-rays of the chest. The doctor asked what is the matter Isalas? I had a fever headache and cold. The doctor prescription antibiotic.
