Dear friends of HANACTimes.blogspot.com,
I will begin with this quote instead of apologizing for my absence.
"For last year's words belong to last year's language and next year's words await another voice; and to make an end is to make a beginning." —T S Eliot
Yes, the highs and lows of the year that was are things of the past now. We have learned from our collective experiences, we celebrated our highs, assuring ourselves that we did good, we reflected on our lows and resolved to give it a renewed and more vigorous effort to make it better, assuming that the circumstances are within our control; and as we ease into the new year we hope for better performance and better results.
Here is one to expect for this coming year. My computer class will try to get some work that is reflective of their improvements in handling the digitized world in our blog. Getting to make a presence on the World Wide Web has some constraints and I respect the sentiments of my students. Some are a bit hesitant to be very 'visible' on the web and they have their reasons; while some are eager to jump in and make their presence.
Students from all classes are welcome to participate; so at this point I renew my invitation to staff and students to contribute to the publication. Thanks.
So ‘see you soon’— g
